Quality Assurance department
Paul Meijering has a QA department, where all customer complaints are reviewed and resolved. The QA department works closely with purchasing, sales, and the warehouse. Thanks to short lines, issues are quickly resolved and improvement points can be implemented.
For example, feedback is provided to suppliers on deliveries or materials that may be better executed in the future. During the next delivery from a producer, it will be checked whether the adjustments have been made.
