H-Brake Hybrid 110T-1600

The Safan Darley H-Brake Hybrid 110T-1600 has a wide range of capabilities. Over a bending length of approximately 1600 mm, this press brake can generate a maximum press capacity of 110 tons. Smaller thick sheet metal parts no longer need to be produced on proportionally long press brakes, significantly improving the efficiency and versatility of our machinery.

Bystronic Xpert Pro

320/4300 Extended

With the Bystronic Xpert Pro, we can process sheets with a bending width of 4,300 mm and a thickness up to 8.0 mm. Sheets are bent with a pressing force of 320 tons.

Constant production throughout the entire operating time of the machine. Variables are automatically compensated in the background without the operator needing to make manual adjustments.

Optical Bend Guiding System (OBGS) or Optical Bending Guidance System.

Movable control console with advanced Bystronic bending software and additional foot pedal.
With this option, working with the machine becomes more flexible as the operator can place the control terminal in the desired position. This increases efficiency as the operator does not have to walk back and forth between the work area and the control terminal. It also enhances operator safety as the work area does not need to be left to operate the machine.

To further shorten the entire delivery process, the press brake has the ability to import STEP and DXF files, so that we can work with the correct files. Of course, we can also draw ourselves.
