Paul Meijering is extremely versatile in Stainless Steel and special alloys. End users purchase our materials, such as fittings and flanges, as well as custom-made tubes and frames. We can do everything in-house. Our strength lies in the fact that we can serve customers in a very wide range, all tailored to their needs.

We serve a variety of customers in all kinds of areas. We can actually do almost anything. Paul Meijering has a number of machines with which we can deliver custom work. Think of edging, laser cutting, bending, cutting, re-marking, packaging and more.

Specific customisation

Customers often come with a drawing, with a specific question. Digitally, we can read that drawing and then deliver those products. We must be able to produce in accordance with the drawing, and customers can also expect that from us. Think, for example, of custom work for the food industry. For a bakery machine, we then supply the trays for production. There are many more market segments in which Paul Meijering is active and where custom Stainless Steel is supplied. Think of sectors such as mechanical engineering, oil & gas, food industry, shipbuilding, installation technology.

Quality

Guarantees

For customers in the installation technology sector, Paul Meijering supplies a lot of heat-resistant pipes, such as a 321-grade pipe. For this market, it needs to be produced in a specific size and length, with various tolerances. Because we can do a lot in-house, we have control over the fast delivery and quality that we guarantee. In addition to supplying custom-made pipes, we are now also receiving requests for cutting work from this customer. We consider this just as important, as we aim for a close collaboration with our customers.

Critical delivery times

Delivery time is often very critical and the materials requested are not always standard. Materials often need to be produced to a certain size and obtained through external suppliers. We have been doing business closely with factories we have good experiences with for years. We know this because we regularly audit them, make personal visits, and maintain close contact with them. This is how we keep the delivery time sharp.

Craftsmanship

And sometimes also manual work

For a ship, we have supplied discharge pipes for fishing. These are large diameter pipes that have been specially cut by us at an angle. Customisation for this is quite precise and specialised. The diameter is too large for completely automated processes. Often, manual work is still required and machines need to be set manually. Our employees are fully trained for this. Together, we have managed to complete this to the full satisfaction of the customer. This also gives our customer the confidence to place follow-up orders with us.
