When you use a wide variety of products (e.g. pipe, sheet, fittings) and qualities to create a final product, you often encounter various problems. Qualities are not available everywhere, items often need to be imported from multiple countries and sometimes have a long lead time.
Various customers outsource this to Paul Meijering and can therefore spend their time and energy on other matters, allowing them to work more efficiently. We really take work off our customers' hands.
A fresh perspective on things
Ron Bos, owner of Bos Exhausts bv from Steenbergen, not only creates innovative exhaust systems for various engines, but also utilises our expertise. A large portion of the semi-finished products in Stainless Steel and titanium that he requires are purchased from Paul Meijering. From standard length tubes to processed components for the exhaust systems, we can supply them. Ron has clearly opted for our one-stop-shopping concept. Our sales representatives monitor the stocks that we have in Zaltbommel for Bos Exhausts and provide timely alerts when items need to be replenished.
What are we doing for
Ron Bos
For the company Bos, we provide laser cutting of stainless steel pipes and sheets on our BLM 3D LT8.20 and Bystronic BySmart 4020 fiber laser cutting machines. Naturally, after laser cutting, the material is neatly deburred in our Grindingmaster Timesavers 42 series 1350WB, ensuring excellent quality is delivered. A quality that perfectly meets the requirements set by Ron.
