Working with heat-resistant stainless steel grades
For a Dutch customer who has been active in anchoring for oven construction, utility construction, lighting industry, shipbuilding, and production for over 30 years, we process various stainless steel semi-finished products in our customisation department. This customer demands flexibility and wants stainless steel products delivered in premium quality and finish.
In addition, customisation for this customer always needs to be delivered quickly, on short notice. The laser cutting, processing, and application of heat-resistant stainless steel types require expertise and craftsmanship. Our customisation department possesses this knowledge and can provide expert advice on the usability of various stainless steel qualities in different environments and applications.

How often do we come across?
This customer always requests a short delivery time and wants his laser-cut orders to be delivered quickly. Due to the exclusive material, availability of it on short notice can sometimes be an issue.
As soon as this customer places an order with us, there is immediate pressure on the delivery time. The material is often intended for maintenance and (urgent) repairs on site.
Despite it being an exclusive material (special heat-resistant qualities such as 310S and Alloy 625) and a custom product, we can keep the lead times short.
Our capacity and variety of machines are aimed at being able to meet this customer's needs quickly. We always keep space available on our custom department for urgent orders in between, so we remain flexible.

Delivering good cutting quality of high-quality certified material. We ensure minimising post-processing for the customer and pay a lot of attention to the deburring and finishing of the materials.
